Join our team: electronics assembly operator (Tennessee)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring an electronics assembly operator in Dickson County, Tennessee. Ideal candidate: • Careful handling of tools and components • Previous experience on a production or assembly line preferred • Able to stand for the full shift and do repetitive hand work Your main tasks: • Fit and bolt components onto the chassis as it moves along the conveyor • Keep pace with the takt time and pass the unit to the next station • Wear an ESD wrist strap when handling circuit boards • Solder small connectors and check the joints under a magnifier • Clean down the workstation and keep it to 5S standard • Log defects and place rejected units in the rework bay Full-time with occasional weekends. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Walk-in interviews this week.
