Great opportunity: we are hiring a sample machinist in Fisher County, Texas. You will be based on a ready-made garment production line. You should have: • Able to read a spec sheet and follow a sewing operation breakdown • Can hit the daily piece-rate target consistently Day to day you will operate single-needle lockstitch, overlock and flatlock machines on a production line; keep an even stitch density (SPI) and a straight, consistent seam line; change needles, presser feet and folders to suit the fabric and operation; trim loose threads, clip curves and notch corners as you go; clear thread jams, re-time the looper and oil the machine before the shift; topstitch and edge-stitch with the correct margin for a clean finish.
