Now hiring: we are hiring a crane operator in Cherokee County, Alabama. The job is on a busy construction site. The role involves: • Rig and sling loads using slings, shackles and spreader beams • Help set out the lift plan and barrier off the exclusion zone • Fill in the daily logbook and raise defect reports • Climb and inspect the tower crane mast and tie-ins Ideal candidate: • Physically fit to climb ladders and work long shifts • Current medical and eyesight certificate • Able to read load charts and lifting plans At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
