Machinist — Uintah County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a machinist in Uintah County, Utah. You will be based in a sampling and tailoring workshop. Day to day you will attach collars, cuffs, plackets, pockets and waistbands as per the spec sheet; change needles, presser feet and folders to suit the fabric and operation; inspect each piece for skipped stitches, broken thread and needle holes; match notches and ply, lining up checks and stripes before stitching; topstitch and edge-stitch with the correct margin for a clean finish. You should have: • Knows how to set tension, change needles and do basic machine maintenance • ITI / tailoring certificate is a plus • Comfortable working long hours seated at a fast line $3,700 per month, negotiable for the right hands. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
