Immediate opening: we are hiring a chef de partie in Kittson County, Minnesota. The job is at a busy restaurant kitchen. You will taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; prepare the mise en place before each service; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO. What we are looking for: • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat Six days a week, one day off.
