Ladle pourer — Stewart County

Join our team: we are hiring a ladle pourer in Stewart County, Georgia. You will be based on the moulding line. The role involves: • Make and bake sand cores for the internal cavities • Pour molten metal into the moulds using hand or crane ladles • Check melt temperature with a pyrometer before pouring • Tap the furnace and transfer the metal to the ladle Ideal candidate: • Experience working in a ferrous or non-ferrous foundry • Comfortable working close to furnaces and molten metal Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
