Now hiring: we are hiring a catering cook in Wayne County, Nebraska. You will be based at a roadside dhaba. You should have: • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat You will monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces. 6+ years on the tools preferred. We offer $3,900 per month plus benefits. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
