Glazing assistant — Crawford County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a glazing assistant in Crawford County, Iowa. You will work at a double glazing firm. You should have: • Aware of safe glass handling and PPE such as cut-resistant gloves • Knowledge of toughened, laminated and double-glazed units On the job you will handle: • Replace cracked or broken window panes • Fit panes into timber, aluminium and uPVC frames • Install mirrors, shower screens and glass balustrades • Apply putty, silicone and glazing tape to bed the glass • Handle large panes using suction cups and a lifting frame • Fit double-glazed sealed units into frames Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
