We are recruiting: we are hiring a banquet server in Berks County, Pennsylvania. The job is at a busy restaurant. Your main tasks: • Upsell starters, desserts and beverages • Pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left • Lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery • Check back during the meal and handle special requests • Punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket) Requirements: • Prior experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hotel • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness • Ability to carry loaded trays and stay on your feet for long shifts At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
