Bakery assistant • Russell County, Kansas

Vacancy available: we are hiring a bakery assistant in Russell County, Kansas. Your main tasks: • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough What we are looking for: • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • 2+ years' experience as a baker At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
