Great opportunity: we are hiring a QC inspector in Brown County, Wisconsin. You will work in an automotive parts factory. Requirements: • Good eyesight and colour vision for visual inspection • Prior experience as a QC inspector in manufacturing • Understanding of AQL sampling and tolerance limits The role involves: • Segregate and quarantine defective or out-of-tolerance items • Calibrate and verify hand gauges before each shift • Log batch numbers, lot codes and traceability data • Escalate recurring defects to the line supervisor or QA engineer • Measure finished parts with vernier callipers, micrometers and go/no-go gauges • Inspect welds, paint finish and surface defects under inspection lighting Rotating shifts.
