Argon welding operator — Obi Nwga

Now hiring: we are hiring an argon welding operator in Obi Nwga, Abia State. You will work in a sheet-metal fabrication unit. Day to day you will select AC for aluminium and DC for stainless and mild steel; inspect welds visually for porosity, cracks and undercut; weld thin stainless steel sheet without burning through; strike the arc with high-frequency start and control heat with the foot pedal; back-purge pipe joints with argon so the root does not oxidise; grind, blend and polish finished welds to a clean finish. Requirements: • Steady hand and good hand-eye coordination • ITI or trade certificate in welding an advantage A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Six days a week, one day off.
