Reliable cook wanted

We are looking for a cook for our busy kitchen in Cumbria. Main duties: running a station during service, preparing dishes to spec, keeping HACCP records. Candidates should bring speed under pressure, solid kitchen experience and roughly 5 year(s) of experience. Approximately 40 hours per week, evening shift. Training is provided on the job.
