Great opportunity: we are hiring a tile setter in Coke County, Texas. On a typical shift you will make curved cuts and holes with an angle grinder and tile drill bits; check the falls to floor wastes so the water drains away; spread adhesive with a notched trowel and back-butter the tiles; apply a waterproofing membrane in showers and wet areas; screed and prepare uneven floors before tiling. Ideal candidate: • Able to read setting-out drawings and tile layouts • Physically fit for kneeling, bending and lifting tile boxes • Work neatly with minimal tile wastage 4+ years on the tools preferred.
