Urgent requirement: we are hiring a rigging foreman in Derbyshire, England. The job is at a container port. Requirements: • Able to inspect and reject defective lifting gear • Willing to work shifts, weekends and outdoors in all weather You will rig and lift structural steel, precast panels and machinery into position; tag and quarantine any damaged or out-of-date rigging gear; carry out daily checks on cranes, hoists and lifting tackle; set up spreader bars and lifting beams for long or awkward loads. Full-time with occasional weekends. £1,900 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Contact us to fix an interview.
