Lorry driver — Sumter County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a lorry driver in Sumter County, Florida. The job is on long-haul routes across the country. Day-to-day duties: • Carry out daily walk-around vehicle checks before setting off • Secure loads with ratchet straps, chains and load bars • Complete delivery notes, CMR paperwork and proof-of-delivery • Plan routes and rest stops in line with driving-hours rules • Keep a safe following distance, adjusting for weather and load What we are looking for: • Valid HGV/LGV Class 1 (C+E) licence • Minimum 2 years' long-haul experience Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
