The role involves: • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date • Keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled • Break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts • Season and marinate meat on request Ideal candidate: • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
