Immediate opening: ceramic tiler (Ohio)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a ceramic tiler in Van Wert County, Ohio. The job is in a kitchen and bathroom refurbishment. On a typical shift you will fit tile spacers to keep the grout joints even; fit skirting tiles, step nosings and external corner trims; lay floor and wall tiles to plumb and level using a spirit level; mix tile adhesive and cement mortar to the right consistency; spread adhesive with a notched trowel and back-butter the tiles. What we are looking for: • Physically fit for kneeling, bending and lifting tile boxes • Knowledge of waterproofing and substrate preparation Full-time with occasional weekends. $25 per hour, negotiable for the right hands.
