The role involves: • Seal gaps around windows, doors and service penetrations with sealant • Fit acoustic insulation to partition walls and floating floors • Torch-on bituminous waterproofing membrane to flat roofs, basements and foundations • Measure and cut insulation boards neatly around pipes, ducts and openings • Wrap HVAC ducts with foil-faced insulation and fasten with banding • Install fire-stopping and fire-rated insulation around penetrations You should have: • Own basic hand tools such as a utility knife and trowel • Willing to travel between sites $4,300 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
