Ideal candidate: • Able to keep pace with line speed and piece targets • Able to operate a steam press, vacuum table and fusing machine The role involves remove creases, wrinkles and packing folds with a steam iron; fuse interlinings and fusible tape on the fusing press; set the iron temperature to suit cotton, silk, wool and synthetic fabrics; keep the boiler topped up and hold steady steam pressure.
