Join our team: we are hiring a butcher in Greene County, Indiana. The role involves trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts; stuff and link fresh sausages with casings; dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date; run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone; debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife. Ideal candidate: • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. We offer $3,500 per month plus benefits.
