Great opportunity: we are hiring a dough maker in Lincoln County, Nebraska. Ideal candidate: • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving Day-to-day duties: • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing Full-time with occasional weekends. Meals and transport allowance provided. Pay around $3,000 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
