Kitchen cook wanted in Mercer County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a kitchen cook in Mercer County, Pennsylvania. You will be based at a fast-food outlet. You should have: • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards You will marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in. 4+ years on the tools preferred.
