Electronics assembly operator — Gaston County

Now hiring: we are hiring an electronics assembly operator in Gaston County, North Carolina. You will be based in an electronics assembly unit. Ideal candidate: • Basic understanding of quality checks and 5S • Can read work instructions and basic measurements Day-to-day duties: • Log defects and place rejected units in the rework bay • Carry out a visual quality check for scratches, gaps and missing parts • Follow the work instruction sheet for each station • Report jams or tool faults to the line leader straight away • Clean down the workstation and keep it to 5S standard • Snap-fit plastic housings and clip in the wiring harnesses Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
