Urgent requirement: road roller operator (Wales)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a road roller operator in Torfaen County Borough, Wales. Your main tasks: • Grease the pins, bushings and slew ring at the start of each shift • Break rock and concrete with the hydraulic breaker attachment • Load and unload the machine on and off the low-loader safely • Keep a safe distance from excavation edges and overhead lines • Keep the cab clean and complete the daily machine logbook • Level and grade the road sub-base to the surveyor's pegs and string lines Ideal candidate: • Able to read levels, pegs and basic site drawings • Comfortable working long shifts in dust, heat and noise • Minimum 2-3 years' experience operating earthmoving machinery 5+ years on the tools preferred.
