Immediate opening: we are hiring a production line helper in Giles County, Tennessee. You will work on a production line. On the job you will handle: • Tighten fasteners to the specified torque using a power screwdriver or torque wrench • Log defects and place rejected units in the rework bay • Pick the correct parts from the kit bins and feed them to the line • Solder small connectors and check the joints under a magnifier • Follow the work instruction sheet for each station • Clean down the workstation and keep it to 5S standard Ideal candidate: • Basic understanding of quality checks and 5S • Good hand-eye coordination and steady fingers for small parts • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
