Lorry driver — Clay County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a lorry driver in Clay County, South Dakota. You will work at a container freight yard. Day to day you will plan routes and rest stops in line with driving-hours rules; secure loads with ratchet straps, chains and load bars; present documents at weighbridges and check posts; check load weight and axle distribution against permitted limits; log working hours on the tachograph and swap driver cards. What we are looking for: • Good knowledge of driving-hours and tachograph rules • Valid digital tachograph card • Confident with manual handling and load securing $260 per day, negotiable for the right hands.
