Paint booth operator — Lawrence County

Join our team: we are hiring a paint booth operator in Lawrence County, Illinois. You will be based in a metal finishing workshop. You should have: • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process The role involves cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time; record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness; set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow; pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks; reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse; sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper. We offer $5,300 per month plus benefits. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
