Your main tasks: • Torch on bitumen membrane across flat roofs • Carry out leak inspections and patch repairs • Fix clay and concrete tiles onto the battens • Strip old shingles and felt back down to the deck • Solder and seam standing-seam metal roof sheets • Insulate and ventilate the roof void You should have: • Own hand tools (hammer, nail gun, slate ripper) • 2+ years' hands-on roofing experience Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
