Construction helper • Stutsman County, North Dakota

Now hiring: we are hiring a construction helper in Stutsman County, North Dakota. You will be based with a civil contractor. The role involves mix concrete and mortar to the correct ratio, by hand or in a pan mixer; cure freshly laid concrete by sprinkling water for several days; bend and tie rebar with binding wire for slabs and columns; break out old walls and concrete with a jackhammer breaker; erect and dismantle scaffolding and pass materials up; hand tools and materials up to workers on the upper floors. Ideal candidate: • Basic knowledge of hand tools like shovel, trowel and breaker • Know how to mix concrete and mortar to the right ratio • Punctual and ready to do overtime when a pour demands it 2+ years on the tools preferred. We offer $4,600 per month plus benefits. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
