Rebar worker — Madison County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a rebar worker in Madison County, Texas. The job is at a high-rise construction project. What we are looking for: • Willing to work outdoors in all weather and to tight pour dates • Sound knowledge of lap lengths, cover and bar spacing The role involves: • Lap and splice bars to the specified lap length • Fit mechanical couplers where shown on the drawings • Lift and land prefabricated cages with the crane and banksman • Lay and tie mesh for slabs and ground-bearing floors • Cut rebar to length with a bar cutter or angle grinder • Install chairs and bar supports to hold up the top mat A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
