Deboner wanted in Apa

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a deboner in Apa, Benue State. On the job you will handle: • Trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife • Monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking What we are looking for: • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
