Requirements: • Good understanding of cut-and-fill and batter slopes • Knowledge of daily greasing and pre-start inspections On a typical shift you will clear land of trees, stumps and debris before earthworks begin; refuel the machine and record running hours; rip hard ground and rock using the rear ripper shank; operate crawler dozers to push and spread fill across the site; work to the dig plan and the banksman's signals.
