Immediate opening: we are hiring a kitchen cook in Bakori, Katsina State. You should have: • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat The role involves: • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift Six days a week, one day off. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. ₦205,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
