Join our team: we are hiring a concrete labourer in Yancey County, North Carolina. You will work on a commercial building project. Ideal candidate: • Willing to work outdoors in heat, dust and rain • Able to lift and carry heavy loads such as 50 kg cement bags all day The role involves: • Erect and dismantle scaffolding and pass materials up • Mix concrete and mortar to the correct ratio, by hand or in a pan mixer • Carry bricks, cement bags and sand up to the masons on site • Wheel barrows of rubble to the skip and keep the site clean Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. $4,300 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
