Urgent requirement: fine-dining server (Texas)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a fine-dining server in Roberts County, Texas. You will be based at a beach resort. On a typical shift you will coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar; take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad; punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket); pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left; greet guests, seat them and present the menu. You should have: • Prior experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hotel • Willingness to work weekends, evenings and split shifts 1+ years on the tools preferred. Six days a week, one day off.
