Meat trimmer wanted in Stark County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a meat trimmer in Stark County, Ohio. What we are looking for: • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry On a typical shift you will take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts; break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts; portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights. At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time, day shift. $200 per day, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
