Stitching operator • Columbia County, Arkansas

Join our team: we are hiring a stitching operator in Columbia County, Arkansas. You will be based at a knitwear stitching unit. On the job you will handle: • Meet the hourly piece-rate target without dropping quality • Trim loose threads, clip curves and notch corners as you go • Topstitch and edge-stitch with the correct margin for a clean finish • Operate single-needle lockstitch, overlock and flatlock machines on a production line • Sew bartacks and buttonholes and attach buttons where required • Attach collars, cuffs, plackets, pockets and waistbands as per the spec sheet You should have: • 2+ years on industrial sewing machines in a garment factory • ITI / tailoring certificate is a plus • Can hit the daily piece-rate target consistently 6+ years on the tools preferred. $3,100 per month, negotiable for the right hands. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
