Visual inspection operator — Western Connecticut Planning Region

Vacancy available: we are hiring a visual inspection operator in Western Connecticut Planning Region, Connecticut. The job is in an electronics assembly workshop. Requirements: • Confident using vernier callipers, micrometers and gauges • Prior experience as a QC inspector in manufacturing The role involves: • Verify dimensions against the tolerance limits on the technical drawing • Record measurements on inspection sheets and SPC charts • Draw samples from batches according to AQL sampling plans • Operate height gauges, profile projectors and coordinate measuring tools • Calibrate and verify hand gauges before each shift Rotating shifts.
