Formwork joiner • Kendall County, Texas

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a formwork joiner in Kendall County, Texas. Day-to-day duties: • Fix soldiers, walers and tie rods to resist the concrete pressure • Strike and strip the formwork once the concrete has cured • Repair damaged plywood and timber shutters • Watch the formwork during concreting and tighten up any movement You should have: • Sound understanding of props, bracing and load-bearing • Hands-on with timber, plywood and system formwork • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long shifts 3+ years on the tools preferred. Six days a week, one day off. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Walk-in interviews this week.
