Your main tasks: • Insulate and ventilate the roof void • Strip old shingles and felt back down to the deck • Install metal flashing around chimneys and skylights • Hang box gutters and downpipes for rainwater Requirements: • Strong enough to lift tile packs and felt rolls all day • Confident working at height on ladders and scaffolds • Own hand tools (hammer, nail gun, slate ripper) 5+ years on the tools preferred.
