Now hiring: we are hiring a HSE supervisor in Des Moines County, Iowa. What we are looking for: • Physically fit for full-site inspections on foot • NEBOSH, IOSH or a recognised OHS certificate • Strong record-keeping and incident-reporting skills Day to day you will run the permit-to-work system for hot work and confined-space entry; inspect scaffolding, full-body harnesses and lifelines for work at height; verify lifting gear, slings, shackles and crane test certificates; carry out toolbox talks with the crew before each shift; check PPE such as helmets, goggles, gloves and ear plugs and issue replacements. 2+ years on the tools preferred. Rotating shifts. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. We offer $18 per hour plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
