Brickwork mason • Lake County, Ohio

Immediate opening: we are hiring a brickwork mason in Lake County, Ohio. You will work on a busy housing site. On the job you will handle: • Building cavity walls and bedding in wall ties and insulation • Brushing the wall down and removing mortar snots as you go • Cutting bricks to size with a bolster and club hammer or angle grinder • Raking out and tooling the joints to a struck or bucket-handle finish • Buttering the perpends and tapping each brick down to the gauge Ideal candidate: • Comfortable working at height on scaffolding • NVQ Level 2 in Bricklaying an advantage At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time with occasional weekends. Meals and transport allowance provided. Walk-in interviews this week.
