In-process quality controller — Warren County

Great opportunity: we are hiring an in-process quality controller in Warren County, New Jersey. You will be based on a garment production line. Your main tasks: • Segregate and quarantine defective or out-of-tolerance items • Draw samples from batches according to AQL sampling plans • Verify dimensions against the tolerance limits on the technical drawing • Compare components against approved samples and engineering drawings • Check visually for scratches, dents, burrs and colour variation • Record measurements on inspection sheets and SPC charts Ideal candidate: • ITI or diploma in a mechanical or production trade • Good eyesight and colour vision for visual inspection • Strong attention to detail and accurate record-keeping At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
