Quality control inspector — Cook County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a quality control inspector in Cook County, Minnesota. You will be based on a garment production line. The role involves: • Draw samples from batches according to AQL sampling plans • Verify dimensions against the tolerance limits on the technical drawing • Carry out first-article and in-process checks on the production line • Escalate recurring defects to the line supervisor or QA engineer • Segregate and quarantine defective or out-of-tolerance items • Record measurements on inspection sheets and SPC charts You should have: • Good eyesight and colour vision for visual inspection • Understanding of AQL sampling and tolerance limits Rotating shifts.
