Gas meter installer — Tsanyawa

Join our team: we are hiring a gas meter installer in Tsanyawa, Kano State. The job is at a boiler and appliance service centre. Your main tasks: • Check every joint for leaks with soapy water and leak-detection spray • Fix pipe clips, brackets and wall sleeves and sleeve pipe through walls • Test combustion and flue gases with a flue gas analyser • Complete gas safety certificates and label the finished installation • Install gas meters, regulators and isolation valves • Braze copper gas lines and weld carbon-steel pipe joints Requirements: • Physically fit for lifting pipe, meters and cylinders • Driving licence for travel between sites • 2+ years' experience on domestic and commercial gas installations At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
