Ideal candidate: • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Able to work early-morning and night shifts The role involves pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; load and unload the deck oven with a peel; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight.
