Fitter on the line — Caldwell County

Join our team: we are hiring a fitter on the line in Caldwell County, Missouri. The job is at an automotive parts factory. Day-to-day duties: • Clean down the workstation and keep it to 5S standard • Keep pace with the takt time and pass the unit to the next station • Snap-fit plastic housings and clip in the wiring harnesses • Fit and bolt components onto the chassis as it moves along the conveyor • Solder small connectors and check the joints under a magnifier • Tighten fasteners to the specified torque using a power screwdriver or torque wrench Ideal candidate: • Previous experience on a production or assembly line preferred • Good hand-eye coordination and steady fingers for small parts • Comfortable meeting hourly production targets 6+ years on the tools preferred.
