Bread and bun maker — Adams County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a bread and bun maker in Adams County, Nebraska. You will be based at a busy bakery. You will load and unload the deck oven with a peel; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight. You should have: • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • 2+ years' experience as a baker $2,900 per month, negotiable for the right hands. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
