What we are looking for: • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry • 2+ years experience working as a butcher • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling You will stuff and link fresh sausages with casings; weigh, price and label cuts for the display case; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights; trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts. At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. $5,500 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Part-time with flexible hours.
